Neighbour is a beautifully curated clothing and object store in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver. The shop owners, Karyna Schultz and Saager Dilawri, carefully select every brand they sell and see themselves as “the honest neighbour that always listens, reflects and helps out when you need it.”
We set out to put Neighbour’s gentle and warm approach at the centre of their identity. To do so, we selected a sans-serif typeface full of unique details and collaborated with an artist Hatty Staniforth to create a captivating identity infused with a human touch. In contrast, the typography is ultra-contemporary with small edgy quirks.
