In this major exhibition, Barbican featured 50 international artists who use textiles to express ideas about power, resistance, and survival.
The works ranged from hand-crafted pieces to large sculptures, telling stories of violence and exclusion as well as resilience, love, and hope.
The exhibition is co-curated by the Barbican, London and Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam.
